The above completed form will be considered as the "Final Dress Measurement". These measurements are not liable to change of any kind. If any specific styling is desired kindly mention it in the 'Special Instruction Box'. No alteration will be done from our side.

*'Around Waist' mentioned in Kameez (Top) is different from 'Around Waist' mentioned in Salwar/Churidar (Bottom). In Kameez, the waist measurement will be considered as 'final dress measurement' and in salwar/churidar, the 'Around Waist' submitted would be considered as the actual body waist & would be stitched accordingly with some loosenings.
