Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
1. Products, once sold, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless:
a) Wrong product is delivered by mistake
b) Product has any serious manufacturing defect.
No returns/refunds shall be entertained on "stitched & customised products or if the customer has submitted wrong size" or if any product has slight color and design variation. All our products are made to order.
In such cases, the products must be returned unused and in original packaging to be eligible for refund or replacement. Used or altered products will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstances. Cost of shipping back the products to our place, has to be paid by the customer and Nihal Fashions is under no condition liable for this cost. The shipping cost would also not be refunded, in any case.
2. If the ordered item is out of stock, customer has the option to get a refund or choose another product by paying the difference. None of the orders can be cancelled after 24 hrs, of placing the order.
3. Any discrepancy should be reported by email to Nihal Fashions within 48 hrs of receipt of order. But, the final decision would be with Nihal Fashions. There would be no refunds and no returns would be accepted, after 48 hrs.
